Micaela Albiar is a detail oriented Grants Manager with a strong commitment to public health. With six years of dedicated service in Kern County, she has consistently sought opportunities to make a positive impact on her community. Starting her journey with the Foundation as a Development Coordinator, Micaela’s dedication and leadership have led her to her current role, where she’s ready to secure critical funding to advance Kern Medical’s mission. Passionate about driving initiatives forward, she is enthusiastic about leading fundraising efforts to support the Foundation's impactful work. Outside of work, Micaela enjoys traveling and cheering on her favorite boys in blue at Chavez Ravine.
